Welcome back to short film Tuesday! Today, we're looking at one of my favorite short films: 9. Directed and written by David Acker , 9 tells the story of a ragdoll robot called 9 living on a post apocalyptic wasteland and trying to survive the clutches of a cat-skull-wearing robotic monstrosity that has hunted and captured the souls of the rest of his people (robots? Whatever).
9 is a fun little movie. Coming in at just shy of 11 minutes, 9 is short, sweet, and to the point. It tells a unique story of life going on past humanity, and it's just a cool idea that was really fleshed out well. Considering how short it is, I would really recommend that you see it.
Also, I do know that it was made into a full length movie back in '09, but that's for another time. For now, I'd just go see the short film. It's better for the time you put in, anyway
